A message from our founder

Being educated in an all-girls school in Sri Lanka with limited exposure, I consider myself very lucky to have had the foundation. As a twin sister to a naturally talented swimmer at a very young age, my motivation to achieve success was set in stone.

With the support and the sponsorship from my father, I ended up becoming a national swimmer of Sri Lanka and today I represent an organization in the United States in a leadership capacity. None of it would have been possible without the financial assistance I received from my parents where I got my bachelor’s and Masters’s degrees in the United States.

Though my story sounds inspirational, I knew there are many more stories where people have come from poverty and achieved many heights in their own ways that hardly get noticed. This is why I started looking for people to assist because I knew that the little I can do to help can go a long way for someone who is motivated.

My dream now is to scout for girls who are motivated to make a difference to their own families or to themselves, without simply giving up on their dreams because they don’t have the minimal resources to do so. Through this charitable organization, we look forward to sponsoring the needs of those we think have the potential to change their own life situations.

We are grateful for any contribution you can make to help us achieve our mission.
