Fueled by the empowerment and confidence she gained along her incredible career trajectory, she envisions a world where others are also allocated a transformative experience; talent is equal, yet opportunities are not. Recognizing education as the cornerstone of every dream, she made it her mission to support those with big aspirations but had limited means. Change the Cycle was born from her passion. She is dedicated to helping dreamers realize their potential and change their lives through workforce development, providing opportunities and realizing others aspirations.

A prolific senior executive, Amalika is a staple in the Calabasas community and respected by local council members as well as global rights advocates. She is an ally to all and holds multiple accolades and awards for her contributions to educational equity.
