Meet Amalika Ranasinghe, MBA.
Amalika founded Change the Cycle after experiencing the opportunities that education opened in her own journey to executive leadership. She wanted others with big aspirations and limited means to have access to that same possibility.
Her work centers on educational equity and workforce development: helping people recognize their potential, build confidence, and pursue meaningful careers. Based in the Calabasas community, she brings that purpose to Change the Cycle’s mission.
